Job summary

Medline is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for on-site duties in Grayslake, Illinois. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packing, and shipping, while directing staff and ensuring adherence to procedures and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of supervisory and warehouse experience, with a High School diploma (Associate’s degree preferred). The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience.
• Basic warehouse operational skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting.
• Coach and mentor warehouse team in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Lead day-to-day activities, assign tasks, monitor progress and provide guidance on complex issues.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
• Ensure routine paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe work environment for all staff and ensure compliance with procedures.
