Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience at a basic level.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, and reporting per procedures.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff; ensure safety and productivity.
• Audit goods received; maintain inventory accuracy and reporting.
• Lead day-to-day activities, assign tasks, monitor progress, and guide complex issues.
• Partner with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
