Job summary
Medline Industries, LP in Rogers, Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for on-site, full-time employment. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure receipt, storage and shipping of materials, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree is a plus.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
- At least 3 years warehouse experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and related reporting per procedures.
- Direct and supervise warehouse staff; lead day-to-day activities.
- Ensure overtime stays within budget; maintain safe work environment.
- Audit goods received into warehouse; account for all materials.
- Assist the warehouse manager with hiring, firing and performance reviews.
- Work with customer service to resolve warehouse issues.
