Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping while directing staff and ensuring accurate inventory control. The role emphasizes coaching and mentoring team members in productivity, quality, and safety.

You will ensure timely paperwork, support a safe work environment, and collaborate with customer service to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience. Basic skill level.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, shipping, and reporting of materials.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff; review procedures for effectiveness, space utilization, and equipment protection.
• Audit goods received and ensure inventory accuracy; maintain O T within budget; ensure paperwork is completed on time.
