Job summary

YQN is seeking a full-time onsite Operations Supervisor in Port Reading, NJ to oversee a team, manage staffing, training, and performance. You will drive productivity, coach staff, and ensure safety across warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating with cross-functional teams, producing daily reports, and delivering superior service to customers and partners. Work hours are 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM; salary ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, e-commerce management or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in small parcel/e-commerce outbound operations with high SKUs.
• Familiar with WMS wave management, carrier integration and small parcel packaging standards.
• Fast decision-making under cutoff pressure with ability to reallocate staff in real time.
• Chinese language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of full-time employees including staffing, training, development, motivation, retention and disciplinary actions up to termination.
• Propel workforce excellence by implementing progressive strategies in performance and productivity management.
• Provide consistent feedback, and offer coaching and counseling as necessary.
• Direct operational activities within warehouse settings, including meetings to ensure adherence to work instructions, workflows and safety.
• Oversee accurate work schedules and ensure timely task completion.
• Administer scheduling of employee time-offs to minimize disruption.
• Generate and distribute daily operation reports.
• Deliver superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain facility security and inventory integrity.
