Job summary

YQN Logistics is seeking a hands-on Inventory Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team in Port Reading, NJ. You will own inventory integrity, optimize slotting, and manage daily cycle counts to maintain high accuracy across 10,000+ SKUs. The role requires strong leadership and analytical skills in a high-volume 3PL environment.

Work onsite with regular hours; salary ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits including 401(k), PTO, sick leave, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of inventory control or warehouse operations experience in a 3PL or e-commerce setup.
• Experience handling high-volume small parcels.
• Familiarity with WMS, slotting strategies, and cycle counting.
• Strong analytical and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of inventory associates.
• Own inventory integrity; optimize bin and rack slotting.
• Design daily cycle count programs and investigate variances.
• Oversee all inventory movement; maintain 5S standards.
• Plan labor and coordinate replenishment with outbound/inbound teams.
• Generate daily/weekly inventory performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure availability.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain an audit-ready area.
