Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities and supervise staff to achieve daily production goals. The role includes managing shipping/receiving schedules, aligning labor, and ensuring safe, efficient operations across all inbound and outbound activities.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree or supervisory experience, familiarity with WMS (Manhattan preferred), and strong leadership and communication skills suitable for a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field or 1–5 years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements shipping and receiving work schedules to meet goals.
• Provides direct supervision to warehouse personnel and assigns tasks by skill.
• Supervises inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensures equipment is used efficiently and coordinates maintenance.
• Reviews daily objectives and sets productivity targets for the shift.
• Partners with leaders to balance labor and staffing levels.
• Drafts and submits daily end-of-shift reports.
• Looks for process improvements and participates in related programs.
