Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in Hayward, CA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure safety, and coordinate the logistics and scheduling of the team.

You will participate in daily stock counts, support KPI delivery, and drive continuous improvement across two facilities while aligning with EOS values.

Strong English communication and hands-on planning are essential; experience with IT equipment and lean principles is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience leading teams in a warehouse environment.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience working to and improving KPI performance.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proactive, hands-on and a strong planner with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate & supervise the Warehouse operations team on safety, service, and accuracy of inbound and outbound.
• Manage the warehouse team PTO to avoid disruption to operations.
• Oversee inbound and outbound activities at both warehouses and provide guidance as needed.
• Establish and improve work processes and enforce implementation across warehouses.
• Participate in daily stock counts and annual audits; troubleshoot variances.
