Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations and implement practices to boost productivity and profitability.
• Engage in strategic planning to align goals with business objectives.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges for smooth workflow.
• Manage inbound and outbound transportation to optimize logistics.
• Develop and enforce policies across departments to ensure compliance.
• Lead safety training and establish guidelines for a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to coordinate schedules and streamline operations.
• Supervise personnel and activities to ensure SLA adherence.
• Assess performance and provide recommendations for promotions and merit.
• Perform additional duties to support warehouse operations.
