Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in Hayward, CA, seeks a Proactive Logistics & Fulfilment Coordinator to own hardware journeys from warehouse receipt to carrier handoff. You will bridge inbound deliveries, warehouse execution, and outbound fulfilment, keeping shipments moving and data accurate.

The role requires a 3rd-level degree in Supply Chain or related field with 1–2 years of warehouse/logistics experience, plus hands-on floor work, attention to detail, and Excel/warehouse-system proficiency.

Qualifications

Third-level degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field with 1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
Hands-on experience on the warehouse floor and in a logistics environment.
Exceptional attention to detail; verify shipments and serial numbers personally.
Proactive by default; anticipate needs and flag issues early.
Strong cross-functional communicator across warehouse, PMs, and logistics partners.
Organized under pressure with ability to manage multiple shipments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound ETAs with Order Management team.
Brief warehouse team before freight arrives.
Create pick tickets and shipment tasks for the warehouse.
Physically verify shipments; parts present, correctly labelled, addressed.
Confirm asset tagging and serial number capture before movement.
Coordinate with logistics to hand over shipments for carrier collection.
Follow up with PMs for installation dates and drive delivery dates.
Escalate storage concerns when timelines slip and advise on-site options.
Identify opportunities to receive hardware into customer-owned stock.
Maintain records of inbound receipts, warehouse tasks, shipment status, and asset data.
Keep Order Management, warehouse, PMs, and logistics teams aligned.
