Job summary

EOS is seeking a Materials leader to supervise a team, oversee inventory and warehouse operations, and drive lean manufacturing initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of ERP processes, and a focus on cost-effective inventory management.

You will develop KPIs, support hiring and training, and champion continuous improvement to align production with demand in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• CPIM (APICS) or CMQ/OE credential is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of materials staff, including scheduling, reviews, and coaching.
• Oversee inventory processes and cycle counts within the ERP from receipt to consumption.
• Oversee warehouse operations and shipping/receiving activities.
• Create and track KPIs; drive continuous improvement and waste reduction.
• Assist in hiring, training, performance evaluation, and retention.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to meet market demand efficiently.
