Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Manage inventory: maintain accuracy through cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Lead the team: train, schedule, and coach warehouse staff; set KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure safety: enforce OSHA/compliance standards, conduct safety checks, and handle incident investigations.
• Drive improvement: implement Lean/5S initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally: work with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Track metrics: monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, and productivity.
• Perform admin duties: manage records, prepare reports, and oversee equipment maintenance.
