KeHE Distributors in Stockton, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Production Operations to lead all warehouse operations across multiple shifts, focusing on inbound/outbound, inventory control, and workforce management. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or higher.
- Six-plus years of progressive warehouse/distribution leadership.
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for daily/strategic warehouse operations across multiple shifts.
- Coach and develop warehouse staff and frontline leaders.
- Drive KPIs (on-time shipping, productivity, accuracy, safety).
- Partner with Transportation, Inventory, HR, Safety, and Finance to align site strategy.
- Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve processes and safety.
