Job summary

SwiftX is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to supervise DSPs and warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to standards and driving continuous improvement. The role oversees budgeting, KPIs, and training, coordinating logistics across warehouses and partners to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has 1+ year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing, and is fluent in Mandarin. This on-site role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; bilingual Mandarin required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist operations of DSPs and warehouse staffs, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee warehouse activities for consistency and reliability.
• Coordinate logistics between warehouse to warehouse.
• Lead budget management and team KPIs.
• Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
• Recruit qualified DSPs/Staffing Agencies and provide onboarding.
• Design training to improve service quality.
• Oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control.
• Manage in-house and outsourced vehicle resources.
• Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
