Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Warehouse & Logistics team, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring cost-effective service for internal and external customers, and reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will lead, train, and drive operational excellence, manage shipments, inventory, schedules, and KPI monitoring, with focus on safety, quality, and productivity; weekend availability and physical work required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership.
• Experience in warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce management (onsite ordering, picking, packing, shipping).
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs and work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational functions: manage shipments, inventory accuracy, and production schedules.
• Provide supervision, training, and feedback; address issues and maintain open communication.
• Monitor activity, track KPIs, and uphold productivity, safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.
