Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Process Assistant/ Warehouse Lead to join our Warehouse & Logistics team in Perris, CA. This role manages daily operations in a cost-effective way, ensuring internal and external customer needs are met and driving a productive environment that supports high service levels.

You will lead shipments, organize inventory, mentor the team to meet KPIs, and collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and KPI monitoring.
• Proven conflict resolution and team-management abilities.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform related duties.
• Background check and drug screening after offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational flow: oversee incoming/outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, maintain inventory.
• Collaborate with Operations Supervisor to train staff and address employee issues.
• Mentor staff, monitor performance against KPIs, and prepare operational reports for decision-making.
