Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse workflows, maintain inventory accuracy, and support team coordination to meet safety and productivity standards. This role is designed for developing leadership toward a future supervisor position.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehouse or logistics in a coordinator/lead role, strong inventory system knowledge, and the ability to train and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics as a coordinator or lead.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and SOPs for high-volume facilities.
• Strong problem-solving, team communication, and leadership skills.
• High School Diploma required; forklift and OSHA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing workflow and monitoring SLAs to maintain site performance.
• Direct and onboard new hires; mentor team staffing.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance across the site.
