Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership in a warehouse or logistics environment, fulfillment or e‑commerce.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and KPI monitoring.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing shipments, organizing merchandise and maintaining inventory.
• Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to train staff and address employee issues.
• Mentor the team, monitor KPIs and prepare detailed operational reports for decision-making.
