Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Warehouse & Logistics team in Riverside, CA. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead a team, and drive cost-efficient, high-quality service for internal and external customers.

The role requires at least 2 years in warehouse or logistics leadership, strong WMS knowledge, and the ability to foster a productive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage team dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational functions including shipments, inventory, and production scheduling.
• Collaborate with reports and other areas to supervise, train, and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure operational excellence by monitoring activity, achieving KPIs, and maintaining safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.
