NEFCO Corporation is seeking a Warehouse/Distribution Associate to oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and the picking/packing of construction materials. You will coordinate dispatch of delivery trucks and ensure accuracy and quality in every order.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will foster teamwork, maintain a safe work environment, and collaborate across departments to meet delivery timelines and operational goals.

Competenze

• 2+ years in industrial warehousing/distribution operations.
• Effective communicator across all levels.
• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Familiar with NEFCO ERP system.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying climates.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Good computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Mansioni

• Execute receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing of construction materials and dispatching of delivery trucks.
• Ensure orders and inter-branch transfers are picked, checked and packed per guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy/integrity of orders (materials, quantities, quality, delivery).
• Control inventory with inbound/inventory manager and reduce 'cannot find' errors.
• Process all parcel shipments for customer delivery.
• Foster a high-performance environment and standards among staff.
• Communicate policies and administer corrective action when needed.
• Promote teamwork to achieve operational goals.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and order in the warehouse and processing areas.
