NEFCO seeks a Warehouse Operations Associate to manage distribution duties including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatching of delivery trucks for construction materials.

You will ensure order accuracy, coordinate with inbound/inventory staff, and maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment while meeting daily shipping targets. This role requires teamwork and proactive problem solving.

Competenze

• Must have 2+ years in industrial warehousing or distribution operations.
• Effective communicator across all levels of the organization.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience using NEFCO’s ERP software system.
• Able to lift up to 50+ lbs. and work in varied climate conditions.

Mansioni

• Pick, pack, and load orders according to procedures.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and prevent stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Inbound/Inventory to minimize missing items.
• Process shipments for customer delivery and coordinate with drivers.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly warehouse operations.
• Communicate policies and enforce corrective actions as needed.
• Foster teamwork and support associates to meet goals.
