Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or operations experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and operate warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, storage, and outbound preparation.
• Assign tasks to warehouse staff and ensure proper staffing levels for daily workloads.
• Ensure accurate handling, labeling, and storage of materials, equipment, and client assets.
• Maintain organized warehouse layouts to support efficient operations.
• Track inventory including materials, equipment, racking, and client goods.
• Enforce warehouse safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations and Dispatch on staging and schedules.
• Ensure warehouse staff complete daily timesheets and payroll notes.
• Train, coach, and hold staff accountable to performance and safety standards.
