Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of general work experience.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Lead assists the Shift Supervisor in training, safety, reporting, and daily shift meetings.
• Builds and selects orders accurately by following load tickets, ensuring product quality, and delivering customer orders free of damage.
• Operates and maintains powered industrial equipment, including electronic pallet jacks and walkie-riders, with pre-shift checks and safety adherence.
• Manages inventory by receiving inbound products, replenishing stock, restocking, repacking, and ensuring date code accuracy and proper product rotation.
• Prepares and moves orders by shrink-wrapping, labeling, and transporting to the loading dock or trailer.
• Serves as a role model and peer coach for new hires, facilitating training and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
