Job summary

Mei Rigging & Crating Llc is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its Fredericksburg, VA operations. You will oversee shipping/receiving, manage equipment dispatch, and supervise warehouse staff to meet daily goals while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Minimum 2 years' warehouse supervisory experience.
• Minimum two years dispatching or logistics coordination experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping/receiving activities and document inbound/outbound damages.
• Schedule all incoming loads and assign appointment times.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure logs are updated in MEI portal.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, ensure safety and compliance with policies.
• Maintain warehouse condition and optimize storage and operations.
• Prepare and distribute required paperwork to crews, accounting, and management.
