Responsibilities

• Lead assigned warehouse personnel and manage staffing plans, shift assignments, and coverage.
• Oversee daily operations across receiving, put-away, replenishment, storage, picking, and shipping.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives; monitor performance and provide coaching.
