Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, storage, and outbound preparation.
• Assign tasks to warehouse staff and ensure proper staffing levels for daily workloads.
• Ensure accurate handling, labeling, and storage of materials, equipment, and client assets.
• Maintain organized warehouse layouts to support efficient operations.
• Track warehouse inventory including materials, equipment, racking, and client goods.
• Coordinate movement of inventory between warehouse, job sites, and other branches as needed.
• Enforce warehouse safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety standards, and equipment operation guidelines.
• Identify and report safety hazards, incidents, or equipment issues.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the warehouse facility.
• Support Operations and Dispatch with staging, loading plans, and material readiness.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Crew Leaders regarding job requirements and schedules.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles as needed.
• Train, coach, and hold warehouse staff accountable to performance and safety standards.
