Job summary

IQ Fiber is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and staff supervision in Orangeburg, SC with regular travel to Charleston. This hands-on role requires safety focus and strong leadership to guide a team of warehouse associates and maintain accurate stock levels.

The position emphasizes coaching, process improvements, and collaboration with internal teams to meet operational goals while upholding OSHA and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years warehouse or logistics experience with some lead/supervisory background.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record; forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and cycle counting; OSHA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, scanning, stocking, picking, packing and shipping.
• Coach and develop warehouse associates; ensure safety and regulatory standards are met.
• Monitor inventory within ERP/WMS and document shipments and movements.
• Identify process improvements and coordinate with the Manager, Warehouse Operations.
