Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Charleston, SC is seeking a proactive Lead Warehouse Associate to supervise a team of plant associates and oversee daily production activities, inventory control, and safety compliance.

You will interact with customers, vendors, and regulators, ensure equipment operates properly, manage manifests, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires lifting, driving a forklift, and willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of barcode scanning; inventory management skills.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials and OSHA Regulations.
• Knowledge and ability to operate a powered industrial truck, e.g., forklift.
• Must be forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently perform assigned operations and tasks in a production environment.
• Interact with customers, employees, members of Senior Management, vendors and regulatory representatives.
• Coordinate daily plant operations and maintain inventory for safety and operation supplies.
• Support employees, answer questions and keep morale up.
• Reduce down time and cover production line during breaks/vacations.
• Ensure all equipment is working properly and maintain loading/unloading of goods.
