CHASE is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Moore, SC to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive safety and efficiency.

You will manage receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and KPI reporting; oversee WMS/ERP (Business Central, Insight Works) and supervise a team.

This role requires 3–5+ years in warehousing, forklift cert, and strong leadership; salary is $60k-$70k depending on experience.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in warehouse or logistics leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP; Business Central experience a plus.
Proven ability to lead fast-paced teams and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff.
Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure PPE compliance.
Identify bottlenecks and drive productivity with KPIs.
Operate and maintain WMS/ERP systems (Business Central, Insight Works).
Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Track order accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and shrinkage.
Oversee equipment like forklifts and scanners; manage maintenance.
Manage labor, supplies, and equipment budgets.
