Job summary

IQ Fiber is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, oversee receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment, and supervise a team of warehouse associates. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, OSHA compliance, and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

The position is based in Orangeburg, SC with regular travel to Charleston, SC, requiring a reliable candidate who can coach staff, monitor equipment like forklifts, and work with ERP/WMS systems to keep

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, scanning, unloading, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Support accurate inventory control within ERP/WMS, documenting shipments, movements, and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy and minimize loss.
Supervise warehouse associates on assigned shifts, providing coaching, training, and accountability to support team performance.
Monitor operations for efficiency and productivity; identify opportunities for process improvement and elevate recommendations to the Manager, Warehouse Operations.
Ensure the warehouse and dock areas are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Monitor safe operation of equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks; enforce OSHA compliance, report damages, and support security protocols.
Collaborate with internal teams to support inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and alignment with broader operational needs.
