Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Frontline Fulfillment & Logistics operations professional to manage inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities on-site across CFS/CY and inland depots. You’ll support daily operations, stock accuracy, and safety compliance while coordinating with customer service to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities include leading teams, using WMOS/SAP/Manhattan, training staff, and producing timely reports. A forklift certification and ability to lift 40–75 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Frontline roles requiring on-site work in a hands-on environment.
• Use of warehouse systems and adherence to SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct others; assign workload and monitor progress.
• Identify complex workflow issues and advise supervisor for guidance.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are safe and clean.
• Follow safety rules, PPE usage, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate reporting of customer product in systems.
• Train colleagues on systems and SOPs.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with Customer Service.
• Develop SOPs to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Assist in inventory control and packing/shipping processes.
• Unload/load deliveries and manage forklift operations.
• Prepare shipping documentation and load updates in systems.
