Responsibilities

• Process shipments, prepare paperwork, communicate freight status and dispatch drivers.
• Serve as primary interface between Pilot Freight Services, customers, sales, system operations and vendors.
• Provide quality customer service while following company policies.
• Perform ongoing process analysis to improve operating efficiencies.
• Cycle counting and load/off-load build trucks for routing.
• Train, supervise and evaluate direct reports to foster morale.
• Review KPIs and benchmarking data for improvements.
