Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead a 10+ person team in receiving, storing and distributing materials.

You will read schedules and orders to determine items to move, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and ensure accurate handling and labeling. The role requires interpreting detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment while adhering to TSA and OSHA guidelines, with responsibilities spanning from receipt to shipping and OS&D reporting.

Qualifications

• Lead a group of 10+ employees in a warehouse environment.
• Read production schedules, orders, and requisitions to determine items to move or distribute.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklift and pallet jacks.
• Follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced setting and ensure TSA/OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct team efforts in warehouse operations.
• Convey materials to storage or designated areas.
• Assemble customer orders and prepare for packing or shipping.
• Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
• Record quantities received or distributed and ensure accuracy.
