Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution professional in Baytown, TX. The role focuses on on-site warehouse tasks, inventory control, and efficient distribution support within a frontline team.

You will work with systems like WMOS, SAP, and RF devices to ensure accurate, timely cargo handling while upholding safety standards and SOPs. Strong lifting ability is required for daily duties and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform on-site frontline warehouse tasks in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Experience using warehouse management systems and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate RF handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct others; assign workload and monitor progress.
• Ensure safety rules and PPE compliance across all work areas.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and maintenance of accurate inventory records.
• Prepare and verify shipping/receiving documents and labels.
• Develop SOPs to improve productivity and accuracy.
