Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma/GED and 2-3 years in transportation/logistics or related field; ability to work across multiple shifts including nights/weekends.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain or related field; 1-2 years of experience in transportation/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Maintain positive relationships with personnel to reduce turnover and boost productivity.
• Assist with on-time service and meet customer requirements, including handling freight/ETA adjustments.
• Communicate safety, warehousing, and shipping requirements; promote a positive safety culture.
• Coordinate warehouse resources to maintain processes and resolve issues.
• Perform administrative duties: payroll, budgeting, safety reviews, invoicing, reporting.
• Maximize efficiency and profitability; suggest improvements; track KPIs.
• Oversee training/orientation of personnel and support third-party systems.
• Fill in for shortages and participate in special projects to optimize operations.
