Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2–3 years in transportation/logistics.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights/weekends.
• Experience in customer service, account management, or related fields.
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in distribution and warehouse operations.
• Ability to train others and lift/move appliances up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations with accurate inventory processing.
• Build and maintain professional relationships to maximize productivity.
• Assist with on-time service and manage freight/ETA adjustments.
• Communicate safety standards and enforce company policies.
• Coordinate resources and resolve service issues across shifts.
• Perform payroll, budgeting, invoicing, and reporting duties.
• Maximize efficiency and drive continuous improvement with KPIs.
• Provide training and orientation for personnel.
• Assist with loading/unloading and yard management.
