Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work across shifts including nights/weekends as needed.
• Ability to analyze situations, adapt to changing environments, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations ensuring accurate processing of goods and inventory.
• Build positive professional relationships to maximize productivity and minimize turnover.
• Assist with on-time service, meet customer requirements, and adjust freight plans as needed.
• Communicate safety standards and warehousing requirements to maintain a safe environment.
• Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to resolve service issues and optimize routing.
