Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2–3 years in transportation/logistics or related field.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights/weekends.
• Customer service skills and accuracy in processing information.
• Conflict resolution, decision making, and communication abilities.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Business Admin/Transportation/Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations ensuring timely, accurate processing of goods.
• Maintain safe, clean warehouse and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with drivers and teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Address service issues, ETA adjustments, and routing problems.
• Produce operational or financial reports and payroll tasks.
• Support training and cover shifts as needed.
• Assist in yard management and related warehouse tasks.
