Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of experience in transportation/logistics, business administration, account management, or equivalent military experience.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.
• Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations of processing inventory in compliance with internal controls.
• Ensure timely processing of goods to customers/vendors and maintain warehouse environment.
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with personnel to maximize productivity.
• Assist with on-time service and ETA adjustments based on schedules and environmental factors.
• Communicate safety standards, warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
• Resolve service issues with drivers and routing, as they occur.
• Coordinate warehouse resources to maintain processes.
• Perform payroll, budget management, safety event reviews, invoicing, and reporting.
• Maximize efficiency and profitability with KPI measurement and improvements.
• Oversee training and orientation of personnel, including internal and third-party systems.
• Fill in for absent staff and support special optimization projects.
• Assist in yard management as part of daily tasks.
