Job summary

Arhaus seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the distribution team, ensure timely product receipt and order fulfillment, and optimize resources. You will drive process improvements, maintain safety and quality standards, and develop staff to support overall company goals.

Essential duties include supervising daily operations, training team members, coordinating staffing and material management, and upholding policies while focusing on customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• No less than 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar suite.
• Ability to train individuals in loading and warehousing business.
• Dedicated to the business and willing to adjust schedule to manage department.
• Leadership and supervisory experience and understanding of management principles.
• Understanding of general work practices in warehousing and distribution, including order picking, packing, and shipping processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of coaching and counseling of staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to distribution team members within a specific functional area and/or process.
• Support process manager and/or Sr.Operations manager to ensure timely, accurate product receipt, order fulfillment, and optimization of resources and processes.
• Manage team members to ensure compliance with policies/procedures and drive improvements.
• Supervise daily operations in the functional area and lead team members to complete tasks for the day.
• Maintain and improve processes to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
