Job summary

Aramark Warehouse Supervisor position seeks someone to guide warehouse operations, ensuring accurate storage and distribution of materials and finished goods while maintaining security and a safe work environment. You will supervise staff, coordinate receiving and shipping, and optimize processes for efficiency.

The role requires strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to adapt to changing workloads.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in shipping/receiving supervision.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible with variable work demands.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planning and assignment of work for efficient use of personnel and equipment.
Maintain inventory and establish levels based on usage and demand.
Receive shipments and enter information into the tracking system.
Inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality; reject undesirable items.
Supervise warehouse and inventory to ensure security and upkeep.
Assist in ordering from site vendors and liaise with management.
Develop and implement improvements in warehouse practices to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
Provide training to warehouse staff and assist with hiring where needed.
Uncrate shipments and manage containers and packaging as appropriate.
