Arhaus is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee inbound putaway and outbound pulling operations, directing team members under supervision to maintain inventory accuracy and high-quality work. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and efficient workflow to meet business needs.

The candidate will create assignments, develop shift plans, and ensure scheduling aligns with the daily DC plan while promoting teamwork and continuous process improvement.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Able to train others in putaway and warehouse processing functions.
• Willing to adjust schedule and hours as needed.
• Certified on reach truck and pallet jack.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily putaway and picking operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Create and maintain the daily door sheet and align with workload.
• Develop and execute shift plans for putaway and pulling in coordination with DC plan.
• Schedule staffing with supervisors and manage vacation coverage.
• Ensure SHP locations are accurate in STORIS and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with pulling product, provide coverage for breaks, and monitor downtime.
• Lead safety topics in morning meetings and conduct equipment audits.
• Communicate clearly with team and management; uphold safety and quality standards.
