Arhaus Recruiting is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the distribution team and optimize day-to-day floor operations in a Texas facility. The role focuses on timely product receipt, accurate order fulfillment, and process optimization to meet customer expectations and production efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience, be proficient with MS Office, and capable of training staff while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar suite.
• Ability to train staff in loading and warehousing operations.
• Willing to adjust schedule and hours to manage department.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities in warehousing.
• Knowledge of order picking, packing, and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to distribution team members within a specific functional area.
• Support process manager to ensure timely product receipt and order fulfillment.
• Manage team to ensure compliance and drive process improvements.
• Supervise daily operations until the work is complete.
• Refine and improve processes to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, material management, compliance, training and auditing.
• Ensure safety and quality commitments and 100% compliance with processes.
• Develop performance measurements and auditing to evaluate efficiency and quality.
• Assist in hiring activities within the distribution center.
• Lead teams for improvement and safety initiatives.
