Arhaus is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage putaway and outbound picking processes, directing team members and temporary staff under the Warehouse Supervisor. You will craft daily assignments and continuously improve operations to maintain the highest inventory accuracy.

The role emphasizes safe, productive, and high-quality execution to meet business needs, with hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor and close collaboration with DC leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to train others in putaway, pulling and warehouse processing.
• Willing to adjust schedule and hours as needed.
• Standing for extended periods; able to move up to 150 pounds.
• Certified on reach truck and pallet jack.
• Regular attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee putaway of inbound product into inventory.
• Oversee pulling and staging outbound products for shipment.
• Direct Arhaus employees and temporary associates under the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Create assignments and improve day-to-day putaway and pulling operations to ensure high inventory accuracy.
• Ensure operations are safe, productive, and meet business needs.
