Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience with project management and process improvement.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, develop, and lead multiple teams within a DC.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop teams; set performance objectives and conduct reviews.
• Monitor operations performance via KPIs and business reports.
• Enforce safety guidelines and regulatory compliance (OSHA).
• Drive customer satisfaction by meeting business needs and reducing returns.
• Implement efficient processes to improve performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with internal partners across sourcing, buying, inventory, and transportation.
