Ingram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to supervise and coach a team of warehouse associates, optimize receiving, storage, and shipping, and drive continuous improvements across processes.

With 5+ years in warehousing and strong knowledge of WMS and lean practices, you will manage projects, ensure safety, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and improve efficiency while upholding high quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of conveyance systems, WMS, and lean warehouse operations.
• Experience in outbound logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Develop Your Team: Supervise and coach warehouse associates, set performance goals, and provide regular feedback to drive growth and resolve issues.
• Manage Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring process adherence and optimizing efficiency.
• Ensure Accuracy: Audit goods, maintain accurate inventory records, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and improve workflows.
• Project Management: Lead projects from start to finish, manage tasks, deadlines, and drive continuous improvements in warehouse processes.
• Collaborate and Problem-Solve: Work with other teams to ensure timely deliveries, troubleshoot operational issues, and adapt to changes.
• Ensure Safety: Maintain safety protocols and a secure work environment for employees and materials.
