Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and manage team dynamics.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.

• Lead daily operations of the logistics center and oversee shipments.
• Train and mentor team; collaborate with Operations Supervisor.
• Provide reports and KPI-driven recommendations to improve performance.
