Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an Operations Team Lead to manage the daily operations of the Logistics Center, ensuring cost-effective performance and satisfying internal and external customer needs. The ideal candidate will lead with a focus on productivity and efficiency, directly contributing to service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience with fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
• Forklift certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate warehouse inventory.
• Mentor team, train staff, and elevate employee relations to maintain open communication.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed operational reports for decision-making.
