Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an Operations Team Lead to manage daily logistics center operations, optimize processes, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes leadership, process discipline, and meeting KPIs within a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

You will oversee shipments, inventory accuracy, staff training, and performance reporting while ensuring safety and efficiency. A forklift certificate is a plus, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven leadership experience in a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ability to monitor KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Forklift certificate is a plus.
• Physical ability: lift at least 40 lbs and frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations by overseeing incoming/outgoing shipments and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to train staff and address employee issues as needed.
• Mentor the team to ensure productivity, quality and KPI performance; prepare detailed operational reports.
