Job summary

Wesco International, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor - Operations to lead one or more warehouse departments, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and housekeeping.

You will coach associates, manage performance, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies. You will drive process improvements, monitor metrics, and respond to customer requirements while maintaining accurate records and timely execution.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent is required.
• 3 years warehouse and distribution operations experience.
• 1 year experience leading warehouse associates.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee work assignments to meet inbound and outbound service requirements.
• Direct achievement of performance objectives related to productivity, quality, service, and safety.
• Monitor workflow and metrics and take corrective action.
• Ensure procedures are observed, implemented, and enforced.
• Maintain time and attendance and performance records.
• Establish and monitor warehouse performance standards for pick, pack, and ship.
• Develop and implement training programs for warehouse staff.
